  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries 
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tablespoon of goji berries

3. Berry Protein Fertility Smoothie

  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  •  ½ cup pineapple 
  • 1 tablespoon of maca powder
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 cup of full- fat milk
  • ½ avocado

4. Banana Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup of low fat yogurt

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 handfuls of kale

  • 1-2 Brazil nuts
  • 1 glass of water

Steps:

  1. Add kale to the blender with some water and blend 2-3 minutes.
  2. Grind the nuts.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend 2-3 minutes.

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk.            
  • 1 banana.                                                          
  • 3 Brazil nuts.                                                     
  • ½ avocado.                                                      
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder.                     
  • 2 tsp bee pollen.                                               
  • 1 tsp pine pollen.                                              
  • 1 tsp maca powder.                                           
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach.
