Wheatgrass contains lots of nutrients including; Chlorophyll, iron, calcium, magnesium, folic acid, and vitamins A, C, and E. All of which are excellent for reproduction and making a fertility smoothie for men.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of coconut water 
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of fresh wheatgrass, or ¼ teaspoon of wheatgrass powder
  • 1 orange
  • ½ cup banana 
  • ½ cup of ice

Side note: wheatgrass powder can be substituted for wheatgrass but will contain less fiber.

2. The Berry Boost Smoothie

  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries 
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tablespoon of goji berries

3. Berry Protein Fertility Smoothie

  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  •  ½ cup pineapple 
  • 1 tablespoon of maca powder
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 cup of full- fat milk
  • ½ avocado

4. Banana Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup of low fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 Brazil nuts 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 

Steps:

  1. Chop the bananas and ginger.
  2. Put all the ingredients, minus the Brazil nuts, in the blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Grind the nuts then add them to the mixture.
  4. Blend the mixture for another 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
  5. You can add granola on top for a tasteful breakfast. 

5. Kale Shake 

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 4 tablespoons of blackberries
  • 3 tablespoons of raspberries
  • 1-2 Brazil nuts
  • 1 glass of water

Steps:

  1. Add kale to the blender with some water and blend 2-3 minutes.
  2. Grind the nuts.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend 2-3 minutes. 

6. Sperm Boosting Smoothie.                       

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk.            
  • 1 banana.                                                          
  • 3 Brazil nuts.                                                     
  • ½ avocado.                                                      
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder.                     
  • 2 tsp bee pollen.                                               
  • 1 tsp pine pollen.                                              
  • 1 tsp maca powder.                                           
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach.                             
  • 1 tsp he shou wu extract. 

                                     
Instructions: blend and enjoy!

Side note: if you have any allergy to pollen, you should not use those ingredients. 

7. Male Reproductive Smoothie.    

  • 1 banana                                                          
  • 2 tablespoons raw cocoa nibs.                        
  • 2.5 ounces raw walnuts.                                  
  • 3 ounces dried goji berries.                             
  • 3 grams powdered maca.                                 
  • ¾ cup almond milk.
